ACS180

Single Phase 230Vac (nominal) 0.25kW to 2.2kW (Constant Torque)

IP20 single unit suitable for panel mounting
V/F (Scalar) and Sensorless Vector Motor Control
Dynamic Braking: Included on Frames R2 and above

ACS380

The ACS380 drive is available in two variants: ACS380-N and ACS380-S. The ACS380-N is supplied without a control module. It includes a limited amount of onboard I/O and allows for the addition of an optional control module, giving you flexibility to expand functionality as needed. The ACS380-S comes with a control module pre-installed, providing extended I/O and ready-to-use functionality out of the box. Due to this, it does not support additional option modules.

Both versions share the same base unit—simply choose between a flexible, expandable option (ACS380-N) or a complete, ready-configured solution (ACS380-S).

ACS480 and ACH480

The 480 series VSD is available in two variants: ACS480 and ACH480. The ACS480 is designed specifically for industry and is dual rated. The ACH480 is designed specifically for the HVACR industry with only a 110% overload.

Both versions share the same base unit technology but are rated differently so must be viewed as different products with different ratings although there are many similarities.

ACS480 is Dual Rated. Constant Torque (150% Overload) and Variable Torque (110% Overload) rating is given to each unit
ACH480 is Rated for Variable Torque Loads only (110% Overload)

ACS580 and ACH580

The ACS580 and ACH580 cover a wide range of power ratings as a single module. The 580 series VSD is available in two variants: ACS580 and ACH580. The ACS580 is designed specifically for industry and is dual rated. The ACH580 is designed specifically for the HVACR industry with only a 110% Overload.

Both versions share the same base unit technology but are rated differently so must be viewed as different products with different ratings although there are many similarities.

ACS880

The ACS880 is a sophisticated VSD designed for bespoke projects and advanced industrial applications, typically where the user is already familiar with commissioning and setup of the product.

Power Ratings Comparison Table - 400V (Frame R0 to R9)

Frame sizes R0 to R9 are a range reference, not a universal physical size. For example, an ACS180 frame R3 is not the same physical size as an ACS380 frame R3. However, ACS and ACH products within the same family generally share the same frame dimensions.
