DELTA ME300 Product Overview
The Delta ME300 Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is a compact, cost-effective AC inverter designed for reliable motor control in general-purpose industrial and commercial applications. With built-in STO, dynamic braking, and support for both induction and PM motors, the ME300 delivers functionality typically found in larger drives — in a space-saving IP20 format.

- Mains Supply: 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase versions available
- Motor Control: V/F and Sensorless Vector control suitable for Standard AC Induction and PM Synchronous Motors
- STO: All units are supplied with dual channel STO safety functionality
Local operation is straightforward using the built-in keypad, which features clear operating keys and an integrated speed potentiometer for simple local speed adjustment. Combining flexibility, safety, and ease of use in a compact format, the Delta ME300 is a cost-effective and dependable solution for modern variable speed drive applications.

Please ensure you select the ME300 to match your Voltage supply as well as the Voltage and current rating of the motor. The ME300 has 2 differing current ratings depending on the overload required to suit your application; a higher short-term peak rating is also available. For higher rated units the MS300 is available up to 22kW.

DELTA ME300 Keypad Overview
The ME300 has a fixed Keypad with a seven-segment display, programming keys and Local operating keys including a Keypad mounted Potentiometer


DELTA ME300 Control Terminal Detail and Default Wiring Diagram
Spring type control terminals are fitted on the ME300; this ensures wiring is quick and easy during installation.


When initially powered up the ME300 is ready to operate from the Keypad. This can be easily changed to remote operation. Our Easy Start Guide gives step by step instructions on how to do this.

ME300 Installation Guidelines
All units are IP20 and must be mounted in a suitable enclosure with adequate ventilation. Any dust must be non-conducting otherwise this will damage the unit.
ME300 Options and Accessories
The ME300 does not have an option slot but can be connected to an alternative panel mount Keypad if required.
