The Invertek OPT-3-MTPEG-IN is an external Modbus TCP/IP Ethernet interface module (gateway) designed to enable communication between Invertek Optidrive inverters and industrial control systems over standard Ethernet networks.
The unit acts as a Modbus TCP gateway, allowing up to two Invertek drives to be connected to an Ethernet network via Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP conversion.
Unlike plug-in option cards, this unit is supplied as a standalone external interface, making it ideal for installations where remote mounting or flexible panel layout is required. The module supports DIN rail mounting, allowing quick integration into control panels and industrial enclosures.
Using the Modbus TCP protocol, the OPT-3-MTPEG-IN provides reliable, high-speed communication for monitoring, control, and diagnostics via PLCs, SCADA systems, and building management systems (BMS).
