The TEC TDi20 is a compact, IP20-rated AC inverter drive designed to deliver reliable and efficient motor control across a wide range of industrial applications. With stock availability up to 110kW, the TDi20 provides a flexible and cost-effective solution for both small and large installations.
The range is available in 230V single-phase models up to 2.2kW and 400V three-phase models up to 110kW, allowing a single inverter platform to be used across multiple power ratings and supply types. The TDi20 supports standard AC induction motors and offers V/F or sensorless vector control for smooth, dependable operation.
Simple commissioning, compact dimensions, and built-in protection features make the TDi20 suitable for pumps, fans, conveyors, mixers, and general industrial machinery. Dual-channel STO is fitted as standard on all models, helping meet modern safety requirements while ensuring long service life and dependable performance.

TDi20 Keypad Functionality
The TEC TDi20 Keypad differs slightly depending on the rating of the unit. The functionality is the same but arrangement of the keys and Potentiometer is slightly different.
On models up to 2.2 kW, the keypad is fixed as standard; however, an additional door-mounted alternative is available if required.
On models 4kW and above the Keypad is removable and can be panel mounted if required.
TDi20 Control Terminals details and Default Wiring diagram
The control terminals are slightly different with units 4kW and above having an extra Digital Output and Change-over relay
When the TDi20 is powered up initially it is ready to be operated from the Keypad. This can be easily changed. See our Easy Start Guides for instructions on how to do this.

TDi20 Installation Requirements
All units are IP20 and must be mounted in a suitable enclosure with adequate ventilation. Any dust must be non-conducting otherwise this will damage the unit.
