Introduction

WEG CFW900 AC Variable Speed Drive (VSD / VFD) for 5.5 kW constant torque (CT) or 7.5 kW variable torque (VT) 400 V three-phase motors. Converts a fixed 380-480 Vac three-phase supply into a variable frequency output to control the speed of a standard AC induction motor or permanent magnet synchronous motor.

The WEG CFW900 is a high-performance industrial inverter drive for demanding applications requiring precise speed and torque control. The CFW900 supports V/f, Sensorless Vector, and Full Closed-loop Flux Vector control (with optional encoder card fitted), with advanced networking, integrated safety functions, built-in PLC functionality, and extensive expansion capability.
